Please read these Terms of Service (“TOS”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using our services. By purchasing one or more Services from Host The Website you declare that you have read, understood and agree to our TOS.

Before purchasing any service from our website please make sure to check our description table from our website's service description page. After purchasing any service, you will just get what we mention in our service details not more not less.

Acceptable Use Policy

These TOS apply to all Services provided by Host The Website to you throughout the entire Term or Renewal Term. The TOS consist of the following: Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Domain Name Agreement, Copyright Infringement Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Domain Registration Agreement

We Just resell domain names. When you apply to register a domain name, your request is transmitted to register. By using our Domain Name Services, you agree to be bound by register’s domain name registration policies and procedures.

cPanel Primary Domain Changing Rules

We don't allow to change main domain of any purchased cpanel.

Terms That Apply to All Hosting Services

Depending on the package you select, our hosting accounts are assigned bandwidth. The bandwidth bought for Services will not rollover and will not be creditable over time. If you require more bandwidth than you have bought, your account may be suspended until the next period, extra bandwidth may be acquired by upgrading your hosting plan.

Control Panels

cPanel/Direct Admin is provided through a third party. When you subscribe for use of cPanel with any of the Services, you agree to be bound by cPanel’s/Direct Admin's End User License Agreement, available at: http://cpanel.com/legal-store.html. Please be sure to review cPanel’s End User License Agreement before use of cPanel-related Services.

Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid in advance for the entire term or renewal term set out on the Order. We are not bound to perform Services until we receive payment from you.

Refund Policy

We only refund for new client and for 1st purchase.

Renewal Policy

All our Services are by default set to renew automatically. We will attempt to renew Services for which automatic renewal is enabled and charge the then current Renewal fee(s):

Domain and Hosting service will be suspended after due date.

1. Shared Hosting , VPS Hosting will be terminated automatically within 7 days if you we don't recieve any payment before Due date.

2. Domain will be deleted automatically after 30 days grace period.

3. Five days prior to expiration of the current Term for Cloud and Dedicated Server Services as well as Services on a monthly/quarterly billing cycle;

4. Fifteen days prior to the expiration of the current Term for all other Services.

N.B: We are not responsible for any type of deletion or suspension, if you failed to pay on time.

Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or cancel the Services without notice: (a) for a violation of these TOS, including any of our Policies; (b) for your failure to pay any amounts due, (c) to prevent a service interruption by an Internet Service Provider or other network services provider, or (d) to protect the integrity of our network or the security of the Services. You are not entitled to notice or protest should we exercise these rights. Upon termination, your account will be closed, data deleted, and all fees and charges due and payable must be paid to us.

Cancellation Policy

If you request us to terminate the services you use prior to end of the period, we will terminate your services immediately the following day and no data will be saved or backed up for that notice.

Discount Policy

We don't provide any lifetime discount offer. All of our discount coupons are valid for 1st payment/billing cycle only. Renewal price will be same as regular pricing.

Limitation of Liability

Use 10% or more of system resources for longer then 60 seconds.

Backup Policy

We request every client to take a backup of their website. We internally take backups from some servers. But we are not responsible for taking backup regualarly. In case you need to restore your own data, You need to do it yourself. For avoiding hacking and other issues, Take a backup regularly.

Change of TOS

Host The Website may modify these TOS at any time with immediate effect. We will inform you about modifications to the TOS by email and via notices in your User Area. Host The Website shall not be liable for your failure to receive an email notification due to an inaccurate email address. If you do not agree to the changes in the TOS, you must suspend use of the Services and terminate this Agreement within ten (10) business days of receiving notification from us.
